Autfit ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Autfit mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this policy carefully. By using the App, you consent to the practices described herein.

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form). If you sign in via Google Sign-In, we receive your name and email from Google. We do not receive or store your Google account password.

You may upload images of your clothing items from your phone's camera or photo gallery. For each item, we process and store: the clothing image (with background removed), color and HEX code, clothing section (e.g., tops, bottoms, shoes), clothing type and style, and event/environment tags. Background removal is performed via a secure microservice and the processed image is stored in our cloud storage.

We collect data related to your outfit creation and AI-generated outfit suggestions (OOTD — Outfit of the Day), including: mood, event, and environment inputs you provide for AI suggestions, AI-generated outfit recommendations, manually created and saved outfits with names and timestamps, and outfit ratings and preferences.

We track your subscription plan (Free, Stylist, Elite, or Vogue) and associated usage counters, including: number of OOTD generations used, closet sections and item limits, and saved outfit counts. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) through RevenueCat. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or other financial information.

We store your in-app preferences including language and region settings, display preferences, and notification settings.

We collect basic device diagnostics for troubleshooting, including: operating system type and version, app version, and error events and crash reports.

If you visit our website (autfitapp.com), we may collect your IP address, browser user agent, and basic browsing data for analytics purposes.

• Sell, rent, or trade your personal data or wardrobe images to any third party
• Build advertising profiles or serve targeted advertisements
• Train AI models on your personal wardrobe data (your data is used only to generate individual outfit suggestions via our AI service provider)
• Share your clothing images or style data with brands, retailers, or marketers

We share limited data with trusted third-party service providers: - Supabase: Cloud database hosting, user authentication, and secure image storage. Row-level security policies ensure users can only access their own data. - Google (Gemini AI): Processes outfit generation requests. Clothing item data and context are sent to generate outfit suggestions. - Google Cloud Run (Image Processing): Our background removal microservice runs on Google Cloud Run. Clothing images are sent for processing and returned with backgrounds removed. - RevenueCat: Subscription management. Receives anonymized user identifiers and purchase receipts. - Analytics providers: Receive anonymized usage data for app improvement.

We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal process.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred. We will provide advance notice.

• Encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+)
• Row-level security (RLS) policies at the database level
• Secure authentication with hashed passwords and token-based sessions
• Clothing images stored in secure cloud storage with access controls

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual clothing items or outfits at any time. Upon account deletion, all personal data including images is permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

You have the following rights: - Access: Request a copy of your personal data. - Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data. - Deletion: Delete individual items within the App or request complete account deletion. - Data Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format. - Withdrawal of Consent: Withdraw consent at any time.

Autfit is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly.

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

We will notify you of material changes by updating the App and the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

California residents have rights to: Know what data is collected, Request deletion, and Non-discrimination. We do not sell personal information.

For EEA users, our legal bases include consent, contract performance, and legitimate interests. Contact your local data protection authority with concerns.
